The Codorníu winery is located in Alt Penedès, a region brimming with tradition, beautiful landscapes and very rich gastronomy. In a beautiful sea of vineyards, we find the Cava Cathedral: a treasure of Modernist architecture, designed by the architect Puig i Cadafalch and declared artistic-historical heritage in 1976.
From this wonderful setting, we offer you a selection of gastronomic experiences focussed on the winery’s flavours and spaces: buffets, cocktail parties, banquets,

Tapas menu
During this experience, visitors will take a gastronomic journey through the different regions of Spain and will enjoy tapas culture: small, varied dishes to
be eaten in an informal atmosphere. You will try someone of our country’s most typical flavours, such as Iberian ham, chistorra sausage from Navarre, seafood
salad or patatas bravas.
A selection of tapas will be made, especially chosen for the occasion and in line with diners’ tastes. The menu will be served in a decorated space and accompanied, of course, by sangria and a selection of Codorníu products.

Catalan buffet
Catalan cuisine is one of the most highly-renowned of our times, boasting chefs as important as Ferran Adrià and the Roca brothers, and has a long-standing tradition.
As the poet Josep Pla rightly said: “a country’s cuisine is its landscape placed in a pan”.
We invite attendees to join us for a delicious journey through Catalan gastronomy. The journey will begin with a welcome drink and will continue with a buffet

For most of the year, our region’s pleasant climate lends itself to enjoying delicious food outdoors. During this gastronomic experience, attendees will sample a barbecue in Codorníu’s magnificent gardens, with a menu offering
typical appetisers from the region, different meats with garnishes cooked in front of diners, desserts and a selection of Codorníu bottles.
If preferred, a calçotada can also be held for visitors who prefer the vegetarian option, with the season’s best calçots (spring onions) and all the characteristics
