Lead Facilitator Sheryl White, Psy.D. Dr. Sheryl White is one of the naon’s leading cultural psychologist and organiza- on development specialist. She is the Vice President of Training and Organizaon Development and General Manager of InnoVisions at the Neighborhood House Associaon in San Diego, CA. Dr. White brings over 25 years of experience to her work performance. She is an expert at helping leaders develop a desirable culture and brand identy. Dr. White is also exceponal at helping leaders to hone inter - personal, cultural and leadership competencies necessary to successfully inspire, influence and lead strategic and culture transformaon iniaves. Dr. White, a Board Cerfied Coach, has served since 1999 as an execuve coach and facilitator with the Center for Creave Leadership (CCL). For the second year in a row, CCL ranks in the top 5 overall in Financial Times worldwide survey on execuve educaon. Since 1999, Dr. White has also served as a core adjunct professor at Naonal University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, master’s degree in counseling, and a mas- ter’s and doctor of psychology degree in culture and human behavior.
