Accuracy = Reliability
CreMap is not a team of robots. Behind the website, the map, the pins and the information are humans working hard to deliver up-to-date commercial property listings.
We train our colleagues and continuously develop systems to provide reliable information to our customers.
Accuracy = Reliability
Collaboration
And we mean everyone...
Cremap Team Costumers
A service that everyone can trust is one where everyone gets to contribute.
To ensure that we deliver accurate and reliable information, we continuously develop ways to encourage everyone to contribute.
At CreMAP, collaboration isn’t limited to the team members or to certain people. We listen to our customers, too! Everyone has a voice; everyone gets to contribute.
Positivity
We approach negativity with
positivity
Negativity is inevitable, but positivity is a choice.
Who likes working in an environment where there’s a manager nagging behind you?
No one!

Life
Positive Results
By making our colleagues happy, we create a working environment that allows us to deliver positive results; and when we achieve positive results, we all feel happy.
Likewise, we also motivate each other to produce positive results, which inspires us to create a work environment so we can make everyone happy!
How does it work?
An awesome working life makes for a satisfying personal life.
And vice versa. :-)
How we keep things fun at
CreMAP
Have you ever tried working while you’re thinking about your personal issues?
Have you ever tried enjoying your personal life while thinking about the amount of work you have left in the office?
It’s not much of a life, right?
The Little Things Matter
Appreciation
From small gestures such as praising to giving them “a little something” when they performed well, we make sure that our colleague’s efforts are acknowledged and appreciated.
Support
When someone needs help, s/he will not have a hard time asking a colleague for help! We believe that supporting each other makes our team stronger. It’s an opportunity for us to show compassion and to trust someone who we do not see face to face.
Oh and we let them play with emoticons, too! Who are we to stop them from having fun?
By doing all these, we create a culture that inspires and appreciates hard work.
Flexibility
Work anytime, anywhere!
We do not make our employees come to us; we let them work anywhere, at anytime as long as the day’s requirements are met.
This is one of the things that our colleagues love about working for CreMAP.
Quality work can be achieved even outside the office
Working for CreMAP means working outside the confines of a traditional office. We let our colleagues choose their “office.” Some work at home, while others go to coffee shops or even work while traveling.
This allows us to use of our time more effectively. No more long commutes or wasted man hours waiting for 6pm, chatting with colleagues because you’re not allowed to go home earlier. Life’s too short for these things!
Our Workstation
Long distance relationships don’t have to suck.
How We Make LDRs Work
1. As a team, we make sure that we spend time together once a week.2. We don’t limit our conversations to work-related topics. We share personal
stories - a son’s birthday, a daughter’s graduation, a million-dollar personal project.
3. We make our meetings fun.4. We keep an open communication. We ask our team how we can improve our
long distance relationship.5. We establish trust by committing to our promises and deliver.6. We set healthy boundaries.
Switching Roles
Flexibility comes in many forms. At CreMAP, each and everyone has a specific role but we also let them work on projects that they are interested in, and experiment on new things. We don’t want to limit our colleagues with their job titles.
They can be a leader in a specific project, or a follower in another.
Empathy
Empathy is the backbone of our business. It holds us together and moves us forward.
Putting One’s Self in Another’s
Shoes
Empathy is one of the key elements that binds us together as a team and helps us understand our customer’s needs.
We believe that being empathic allows us to develop a business model, design our interface, and treat our colleagues and clients better.
Empathy in Workplace
Finding out what our colleagues want and need inside and outside of work
Relating with our colleagues’ experiences
Keeping in touch with our colleagues regularly
Asking our colleagues how they think we can improve our procedures or leadership skills
Our efforts to bond with our colleagues help us gain an intimate knowledge of the kind of people we are working with, which gave us a clearer picture on how we can design an environment that allows them to work effectively.
Empathy in Design
Empathy goes beyond putting one’s self in another’s shoes. Here at Cremap, we take into consideration what our customers need.
Understanding what our customers experience in buying and selling commercial real estate is an integral part of designing CreMap’s entire user experience.
Unity
Moving forward as
Excuse us for being cheesy, but to quote a line from the Disney movie Lilo & Stitch,
“Ohana means family and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.”
We are a family here in Cremap.
ONE
A diverse team with a common goal
CreMap is a team of individuals who come from different places and diverse cultural backgrounds. Working online has given us the opportunity to work with people who we would otherwise never meet [virtually].
This setup allows us to explore the benefits, the challenges and the solutions that address each colleague’s needs and bring out everyone’s potential.
To create unity, we embrace diversity.
The advantages of having a diverse team
● Seeing things from different perspectives ● Making friends from all over the all over the world● Benefitting from individuals with a variety of interests and skills● Fostering an attitude of openness● Learning to adapt to different situations● Having a sense of camaraderie
Proactivity
“Leader” is only a job title. We encourage our colleagues to take the lead.
Leader vs. Someone who
Takes the Lead
Based on experience, we realized that we can only have so many leaders in one company. What we really need is someone who would speak his/her mind and take the initiative to solve a problem. Whether it’s a bug in the database or a procedure that needs to be revised, we listen to what our colleagues think and let them take action.
We progress not because of our leaders, but because of our proactive attitude towards work.
Why these values are important to us
Moving forward,
