    CONCLUSION OF THE STUDY...

    Culture is a vast subject to study. It is composed of each and

    every aspect that is present there in any company.

    Different procedures are connected in the company. With co-

    operation of each and every procedure the company is made.

    Culture is something that acts as base of the company to grow

    endlessly.

    Salary makes the employee just satisfied, To make him

    delighted the company can use Rewards, Grievance Handling,

    Recognition, Gifts and tour packages for family etc.
