Send out maybe 10-20 disposable cameras to influential artists with a list of themes much like the photo-marathon idea.

Raffle the cameras in a lucky dip scenario where you could get original photos from anyone from an amerging artist to an established one.

Main obstacle: Getting an influential/big artist to be involved in the project.
