*  preferably with degree in electronics and communication engineering* must have minimum of five (5) years experience in Building Management System maintenance*  with working knowledge in electronics and pneumatic control system in relation to HVAC systems with current knowledge of JC80/35 system or other advance johnson control systems* knowledgeable in installation,calibration and maintenance of BAS/ATC related equipment.

ELECTRONICS & TELECOM SUPERVISOR

* preferably with degree in electronics engineering* should have minimum of five (5) years experience at a supervisory level in electronic field in a large general hospital* with ability to control tradesmen, with full knowledge and ability to repair and service all electronic bias communication equipment in the hospital and employee residence* with ability to train tradesmen requiring work standard* full knowledge and experience in using electronics testing instruments such as oscilloscope, frequency generator, various multi meters,etc.* knowledgeable on how to operate the erickson system* previously working under Erickson System would be extrapoints

ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION TECHNICIAN

* should have maximum twelve (12) years general experience, comprising the following areas: installation,operation and maintenance of electrical distribution systems up to 15 KV,inclusive of all switchgear,transformer up to 1.5 MVA associated,low voltage switchgear for 380 volt and 220 volt,3 phase systems* must be able to recalibrate protection metering for the above experience of operation and maintenance of various size standby low voltage generators up to 600 KVA and associated automatic transfer switches and controls.* with suitable industrial or hospital background involving high voltage and low voltage main cables, joints, terminations* must have full knowledge in electrical stnadards for I.E.E.C. and N.E.C standards
