Summary  Given  the  problems  that  Mexico  faces  of  youth  unemployment  and  the  threat  of  organized  crime,  many  young  people  work  or  live  in  poverty  condiOons  and  do  not  develop  needed  computer  skills.  TechHELP  will  train  1,000  youth  in  MicrosoS  Office  and  help  them  build  their  resumes  for  future  job  applicaOons.  With  this  aim  to  raise  their  level  of  computer  skills,  TechHELP  will  give  them  more  skills  and  a  beWer  opportunity  for  a  good  job  and  improve  their  quality  of  life.
