interviewed family members referred by Ramsey County Family Court relative to custody and visitation matters, as well as personal references for parents and associated professionals; wrote evaluations for Family Court describing family interaction, including recommendations for legal intervention; provided counseling services to parents and children experiencing difficulties with custody or visitation arrangements; and was one of three staff members to develop and implement a mediation program within the Domestic Relations Division. Developed an in-service training program for Domestic Relations staff and also was a member of the Staff Development Committee for the Department of Community Corrections.
