Software Licensing Agreement

Columbia University has granted Paragon Management Systems in 1995a nonexclusive software license agreement for the CUISE 2.0 software pack-age. License fee is $ 20,000 up front and between $ 4,000 and $ 7,000 foreach copy installed.

Paragon Management Systems has made CUISE 2.0 operational in fa-cilities of Guilford Fabrics (North Carolina) in 1995.
