- Initiation & development of cardiac surgery program in King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital- Jeddah, 1992- 1997 performed hundreds of elective and emergency adult cardiac, vascular & vascular surgery procedures,

- Assisted and involved in the development of cardiac surgery program in Al Noor Hospital- Makkah 1996
