LIGHTING FIXTURE SCHEDULE NOTES1. EQUAL LIGHT FIXTURES MANUFACTURED BY ACUITY BRANDS,
COOPER LIGHTING, DAYBRITE, AND HUBBELL LIGHTING SHALLBE ACCEPTABLE. OTHER MANUFACTURERS MUST FOLLOWTHE GUIDELINES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRODUCTSUBSTITUTION SECTION OF THE SPECIFICATIONS FORAPPROVAL BEFORE BID DATE. ENGINEER SHALL HAVE FINALAPPROVAL OF ALL LIGHT FIXTURE SUBSTITUTIONS.
2. MOUNTING HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THEFINISHED FLOOR LEVEL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FIXTURE.
3. PROVIDE BATTERY TO SUPPLY EMERGENCY LIGHTING FOR 90MINUTES AS REQUIRED BY NFPA 101 - LIFE SAFETY CODE.
4. PROVIDE INTEGRAL BUTTON-TYPE PHOTOELECTRICCONTROLLER.
5. LED DRIVER CAPABLE OF DIMMING USING 0-10V DIMMERSWITCH.

27. ALL LINEAR FLUORESCENT LIGHT FIXTURES SHALL HAVEELECTRONIC BALLASTS AS MANUFACTURED BY ADVANCE,UNIVERSAL, OR OSCRAM SYLVANIA. COMPACTFLUORESCENT BALLASTS SHALL BE ELECTRONIC ASMANUFACTURED BY ADVANCE, MAGNETEK, OR OSCRAMSYLVANIA.
28. LABEL EACH PANELBOARD, DISCONNECT SWITCH AND ENDSOF WIRING AND CABLES AS SPECIFIED.
29. VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS BY FIELD MEASUREMENTS.
30. GIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY TO SYSTEMS REQUIRED TO BEINSTALLED AT A REQUIRED SLOPE.
31. FURNISH AND INSTALL ANY MISCELLANEOUS METAL ORWOOD SUPPORTS, FASTENERS, MOUNTS HANGERS, SIDEBRACES, ETC., WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED TO SECURELYANCHOR AND SUPPORT ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT FURNISHEDUNDER THIS CONTRACT.
32. APPLY FIRESTOPPING TO RACEWAY PENETRATIONS OFFIRE-RATED FLOOR AND WALL ASSEMBLIES TO ACHIEVEFIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF THE ASSEMBLY.
33. MAKE PROVISION AND PROVIDE POWER WIRING INCLUDINGFINAL EQUIPMENT CONNECTION TO ALL EQUIPMENTFURNISHED AND INSTALLED BY OTHERS. VERIFY THE EXACTREQUIREMENT OF EQUIPMENT BEFORE INSTALLATION OFELECTRICAL WORK.
34. ALL REQUIRED BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE ELECTRICALPORTION OF THE WORK SHALL BE INCLUDED. A FINALINSPECTION BY THE OWNER, ARCHITECT, ENGINEER, AND ALLINVOLVED AGENCIES WILL BE CONDUCTED UPONCOMPLETION OF THE WORK TO DETERMINE ACCEPTABILITYOF THE WORK. 35. TESTING: ON COMPLETION OF THE WORK, THE INSTALLATIONSHALL BE FREE FROM GROUNDS AND SHORT CIRCUITS. ALLCIRCUITS SHALL BE TESTED AND LABELED. ALL MOTORCIRCUITS, CONTROL CIRCUITS, SIGNAL SYSTEMS,INTERLOCKING AND ELECTRIC HEAT CIRCUITS SHALL BETESTED FOR PROPER OPERATION.
36. GUARANTEE: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GIVE THE OWNER AWRITTEN GUARANTEE THAT HE WILL MAKE GOOD, AT HISOWN EXPENSE, ANY DEFECTS IN MATERIALS ORWORKMANSHIP WHICH MAY DEVELOP IN ONE YEAR FROMTHE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK.

21. BRANCH CIRCUIT BREAKERS SHALL BE OF INDIVIDUAL UNITCONSTRUCTION COMPLETE WITH QUICK-MAKE, QUICK-BREAKMECHANISM; THERMAL MAGNETIC TRIP; AMBIENTCOMPENSATION; AND SHALL BE INTERCHANGEABLE IN THEPANELBOARD ASSEMBLY IN RATINGS FROM 15 TO 100AMPERES WITHOUT NECESSITATING BUS, LINK OR ASSEMBLYREARRANGEMENT. CIRCUIT BREAKERS SHALL HAVESUITABLE SCREW TYPE LINE TERMINALS SO THAT THEY WILLBE HELD IN POSITIVE CONTACT WITH THEIR RESPECTIVELINKS OR BUSSES.
22. SAFETY SWITCHES SHALL BE HEAVY DUTY, QUICK-MAKE,QUICK-BREAK, TYPES OF THE SIZE AND FUSE AMPACITY ASNOTED ON THE DRAWINGS. PROVIDE GROUND BUS, SOLIDNEUTRAL, CLASS RK-5 DUAL ELEMENT, TIME DELAY FUSES,AND NEMA RELATED ENCLOSURE.
23. MOTOR STARTERS FOR THREE PHASE MOTORS SHALL BEFULL VOLTAGE NON-REVERSING MAGNETIC TYPES WITHPROPERLY SIZED OVERLOAD HEATERS, LONG LIFE PILOTLIGHTS, HAND-OFF-AUTO SELECTOR SWITCH, PUSHBUTTONS,AND 120V CONTROL TRANSFORMER. 24. EACH PANELBOARD, DISCONNECT SWITCH, MOTOR STARTERAND CABINET SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY PHENOLIC LAMINATEDPLASTIC ENGRAVED PLATES ATTACHED WITH POP RIVETS ORSHEET METAL SCREWS.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL NOTES10. ALL CONDUIT AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LEVEL, PLUMB, AND
PARALLEL AND PERPENDICULAR TO OTHER BUILDINGSYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
