So much so that each product includes a 5 year general warranty and a 10 year warranty against warping (in accordance to industry allowable tolerances). Our solid construction ensures consistent, durable, and long lasting doors capable of withstanding the normal everyday wear and tear.

Eliminates WarpingThink butcher block. Kiln dried solid wood is used in the assembly of the core door. These “butcher block” sheets are laminated in opposing direction with overlapping pitch and grain to prevent warping. This technique also yields the highest degree of strength and stability.

Resists MoistureThe core door is covered with High Density Fiberboard (HDF) providing a moisture resistant surface perfect for finishing – and for bathrooms.

Durable FinishOnce finished, an environmentally-friendly polyurethane lacquer is applied to create a protective covering that will not oxidize, yellow, or fade. Painted doors include a 5-step process of three primer coats and two finish coats.

HANG WITH EASE

Using the Spacia Support Mount (SSM) makes installation a breeze. The track system is pre-installed to the mounting plate at the factory,

therefore it’s ready to go once on site saving you installation time and cost. Simply level and bolt the SSM directly to the wall rather than

measuring, leveling, and securing the numerous pieces of hardware. The SSM will save installers more than half the time required to hang

a barn door track kit. The Spacia Support Mount also brings additional strength to the entire sliding barn door system.

options. Popular choices include the flush finger pull and bar pull (pictured).

Added PrivacySpacia has formulated a secret ingredient

intended to keep the light out all while providing additional privacy. Especially used for bathrooms,

the sweep strip reduces ambient light from escaping once the door is closed. It also creates a vision barrier for the natural gap found between

the door and the wall/trim.

Locks & LatchesDo not disturb. For privacy purposes,

choose from a variety of locks/latches such as the loop (pictured), bolt or lever.

Soft CloseAlso recommended, our dual soft close

mechanism ensures a quieter, smoother opening and closing component

for both sides of the door.
