Step 4: Bumper is ground to remove any

straightening marks and imperfections.

tep 5: Polishing of small part before copperplating.

Step 6: A dull nickel strike is applied prior tocopper plating. (2-3 minutes)

Step 7: A heavy layer of acid copper is applied

to all custom parts. (1 hour)

Step 10: Parts are re-cleaned to remove any

metal dust. (Heavy duty soap.)

strike. Increases the micro-pore disconnect

underneath the chrome this helps prolong

the life of the parts by 2 to 3 years. (2 minutes)

Step 14: Parts after being tri-chrome plated.

Lasts longer than hex chrome - greener, no

toxic chemicals or fumes. (2 minutes)

Step 15: Final rinse tank has a wax additive tohelp part have longer life - primarily for the

back of the bumper. (In & out)

Step 16: Cleaning with a solution of half 

Turtle wax & half Windex & final inspection.
