Colour registration of artwork on glass or ceramic mayhave a small variance and are accepted normal by theindustry. For acrylic printing, the off-center variance maybe up to 1/32” to the right or left of the printing area, andfor glass and ceramics, this same variance may be of1/16” of an inch.

QQUUAALLIITTYY OOFF GGLLAASSSSWWAARREE

No decorator can claim their ceramics are completelyfree of variations; however we can claim that we use thebest quality mug versus price paid. Any imperfectionsthat may be found are recognized by the industry standards.

Please note, no guarantee or warranty on colour permanence is offered or implied, please advise yourcustomers accordingly. In addition, we do not guaranteeor warranty any imprinted ware intended for hotel,restaurant or other institution or commercial use.

We reserve the right to vary production runs by plus orminus 5% of ordered quantity.
