Stop-It Study

The STOP-IT Study is a phase II, randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to:• Determine the ability of CT angiography (CTA) identified contrast extravasation (i.e., the

spot sign) to predict ICH hematoma growth• Randomize subjects with the spot sign to treatment with recombinant activated factor VII
