DAY 1
Arrival in ROME
Departure for AMALFI COAST
Arrival at RAVELLO
Dinner and Night in Hotel, five stars.
DAY 2
After breakfast, meet the guide who will be with you throughout the trip.
Visit Ravello, Amalfi and Positano.
We’ll go and see Villa Rufolo one of the best
natural terrace in the world
DAY 2
Off to see Amalfi city center
Lunch in a typical restaurant and then we go to Positano in the afternoon
In the evening we’ll travel to the Relais along
Jonio Coast (Basilicata region)
Dinner and Hotel
DAY 3 Breakfast, off to Nova Siri
Gourmet lunch at the winery, 5 centuries of history
Wine tasting, see the vinification process, accompanied by a sommelier
Afternoon off to a small village for a walk and a
breathtaking view
To hotel and then dinner at “Il Pago” an organic farm where you can see the process of making
spread, jam all from natural ingredients
DAY 4
Breakfast Cooking school with a head ched part of Italian
National Team Hand in the dough and you will learn how to make
pasta and the various combination of sauces as well how to match it with local delicacies ( real rarities).
Gourmet Lunch Afternoon to a farm where it is produced a unique
cheese (Canestrato di Moliterno) to be tasted with a particular red wine
Back to the Relais and dinner with typical products
DAY 5
Breakfast, then Matera, UNESCO world heritage Where Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ was
entirely shot, a unique place.
Winery Dragone (since 17th century). Gourmet Lunch and wine tasting
Afternoon we go and see how the only PGI bread in
Italy is made, Dinner in a typical place. Back to relais
DAY 6
Breakfast, off to Montescaglioso , visit tasting lab where they make the only
biodynamic Olive oil in Italy. Trekking, Mountain Bike
Lunch at Borgo Andrisani il Trappeto ( old Oil
mill turned into a Restaurant)
Back to Relais and dinner at Azienda Agricola Masseria Cardillo
DAY 7
Breakfast and off to horse ride in an hidden wood
Typical lunch Afternoon discovering local farm producing rare
food
and participate to a unique Patron’s Saint Feast. See picture after

Breakfast then off to do this..see picture after
Gourmet Lunch
Back to Relais and dinner discovering local tradition
DAY 9
Yachting along the coast, then onto mainland with a tender to eat local fish for Lunch
then back onto the yacht to go to Relais
DAY 10
Breakfast and off to Manduria Visit to a Winery and wine tasting
Demo of vinification process
Museum of wine Gourmet lunch from Apulia Region
Afternoon to Alberobello
Dinner in a restaurant awarded as the best in the region
DAY 11
Breakfast off to Locorotondo, one of the best
hidden village of Italy Tasting Lab and cooking class with Apulia
Chef, ambassador in the world Stroll in Locorotondo
Transfer to Polignagno a mare to eat at a
fantastic place, see picture after,
Back to Alberobello for the night Morning After flight to US
