Charlotte Tsou is the Senior Vice President & Regional Head of Analytics at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Currently responsible for Business Analytics for the Americas Region, and leading a team of 65+ analytics professional across global geographics. Charlotte has 13 years in Banking & Financial Industry, experience including Strategic Planning, Marketing Analytics, CRM, and Products & Partnerships Development. Charlotte has also held various leadership positions in the US, Asia Pacific and Latin Americas markets.

The Alchemy of Connection: How brands can become multi-platform storytellers

Cortney Henseler is Director of AOL’s Consumer Analytics & Research team, where she oversees sales research. Her team is tasked with developing consumer and marketplace insights as well as developing ROI and ad effectiveness solutions for AOL’s clients. While at AOL, Cortney has lead industry-leading research related to Path to Purchase, Multi-Platform, and OLV. Prior to AOL, Cortney was Director of Human Intelligence at Starcom Worldwide.

Incrementality & Influencers

Eric has been involved in market research since the early 90’s. As the Internet evolved, he joined GoTo.com in the late 90’s to create a research department and help develop the little known concept of Paid Search and Sponsored Listings. Eric transitioned over to run research for the many faceted Yahoo Media Group. Eric joined GroupOn over 2 years ago, he leads all research at Groupon (US & 50+ countries); he is bringing Market Research insights to a company moving at light speed.
