EXPAND THE “MBL USER MENU” AND SUB MENUS WILL APPEAR

AGAIN EXPAND “Retail Operations”

Again Expand Customer Menu:

Customer & Customer ID: Each Individual, Organization should have a distinct Customer ID before

opening any kind of account. Existing account holders will have Customer ID automatically at the time of

conversion of data of any existing branch. New branches & after migration a new customer ID should be

opened before opening any kind of account for any individual or organization.

It should be noted that once any Customer ID is created for any Individual/organization from any branch,

this ID will be usable for all branches of MBL & no new ID will be needed

Another important matter Income Tax on Interest will be applied to the account on the basis of TIN

Given/Not inputted at the time of opening customer ID. So it should be carefully done.

Create Individual Customer: this is used for creating individual Customer ID before opening any account

or before Creating Corporate Customer ID

After clicking Create Individual Customer following window will appear

For new customer ID please click on New Deal and following window will appear

It should be noted here that a new ID containing 9 digits will automatically appear XXXXXXXXX

Fill up all the necessary information & no mandatory field (containing Red *) should be left blank.

After filling individual customer page please go to address details page and next pages an so on & input

necessary information

After inputting all necessary information validate the deal (customer opening) by clicking button.

If any input is missing, it will be displayed.

Then commit the deal by clicking button.

This 9 digit Customer ID should be noted down on customer’s file for account opening purpose & for

future reference.

Can be used to hold any ongoing customer ID opening process. But the 9 digit Customer ID should

be written

Later again in this window write the 9 digit ID in Individual Customer box and press the button

and after giving all information commit the deal.

This customer is not yet ready to be used for account opening purpose. It should be authorized from

Authorize/Delete customer: The user cannot authorize Customer ID who created The ID

After clicking Authorise/Delete Customer following window will appear

Click for the customer you want to authorize

Following screen will appear

Then click in & Customer ID will be authorized & ready

to be used.

Click for the customer you want to delete

Then click in & Customer ID will be deleted

For Non Individual/Organizational Customer, Corporate Customer should be opened from Create

Corporate Customer menu.

[Before opening Corporate Customer ID, Individual Customer ID should be opened of proprietor,

Partner, chairman, MD, Director & other individuals associated with the organization & these Individual

Customer ID will be used in Corporate Customer ID opening process]

After clicking Create Corporate Customer, following Screen will appear

Then after clicking new deal fill all the necessary information in all pages relating to customer and

note about TIN.

In Corp.Mgmt.Info page

Give position of individual from drop down & give Individual customer ID previously opened.

For multiple input, click button in

Then Validate Deal, Commit Deal & Finally Authorize Customer ID under Authorise/Delete Customer Menu.

Create Prospect Customer:

This menu is used for creating ID for individual who is not currently opening an account but is a Prospect

Customer who might be a customer in future. This id also needs less information than regular Individual

ID.

Here ID is not needed to be authorized but it is needed to be activated before opening account

Click Create Prospect Customer and following screen will appear

After giving all information it is to be validated & committed & Customer ID is to be noted for future

activation and use.

For activating Prospect Customer, click Activate Prospect Customer

Then following screen will appear

Click to activate & Click to delete

After clicking Click following screen will appear

After filling all necessary information the deal is to be committed

Then this Customer ID is needed to be authorized under Authorize/Delete Customer.

Amendment of any information for any customer like TIN, Address, Cell No etc.

Write the 9 digit Customer ID in Individual Customer box in Create Individual Customer menu under

Customer of Retail Operations and press the button and after giving all information commit the

deal.

After amendment of Customer ID again authorize from Authorize/Delete Customer.

Enquiries:

Prospect Search: Used to search Prospect customer which were created as prospect customer with various parameter (Multi Field & Multi logical) finding option

Customer List: used to search existing customer with various parameter (Multi Field & Multi logical) finding option

Expired Legal Identity Documents: used to find expired legal ID of any branch

Select Branch in Company Book from Drop down menu

Expired IRC Documents: used to find any expired IRC of customer for any branch

Pending Documents: used to find any pending document of customer for any branch

Some Buttons to be used:

COMMIT DROPDOWN

VALIDATE REVERSE

HOLD PRINT/CONVERT TO CSV


Recommended
