      Customer Service

    Chapter1

    1. INTRODUCTION:

The project entitled “ Customer Service” is Software developed for searching

the detail about that things they (User) are looking for.

It gives me an immense pleasure to present you this entire project. The topic

is “ Customer Service” where the user can login in and get the information about that

company medical institute etc. The project report focuses on customer satisfaction !

    retrieves the desired information.

"fter selecting #ategory State #ity The various information of different

company is displayed. The information will contain name of the company contact

number $%mail id "ddress ! &etails of that company 'edical Shop Institute

    1.1 PURPOSE OF THE SYSTE

#UST*'$+ S$+,I#$- is a 'obile application design to searching the

details about that product or Service. In this application user can select the category

State #ity and get the detail information about that thing.

"fter selecting #ategory State #ity The various information of different

company is displayed. The information will contain name of the company contact

number $%mail id "ddress ! &etails of that company 'edical Shop Institute

    lossary.

    1.! SCOPE OF THE SYSTE

ith the help of this project customers will get re/uired services and support.

Therefore it will reduce time and efforts of customer. This project will provide search

services where customer can search for particular company information and will get

satisfied results instantly which save their precious time.

The cost conducts a full system investigation.

The cost of the hardware and the software.

The material in this section is based on the C'5 Specification. This is not an

e9haustive list of all the constructs that appear in C'5R it provides an introduction to

the key constructs most often encountered in day%to%day use.

    ;U*ico+e< character

6y definition an C'5 document is a string of characters. "lmost every legal

Unicode character may appear in an C'5 document.

    Processor a*+ app0icatio*

The processor analy>es the markup and passes structured information to an

application. The specification places re/uirements on what an C'5 processor must

do and not do but the application is outside its scope. The processor (as the

specification calls it) is often referred to collo/uially as an C'5 parser.

    arup a*+ co*te*t

The characters making up an C'5 document are divided into markup and

content which may be distinguished by the application of simple syntactic rules.

enerally strings that constitute markup either begin with the character  and end

with a L or they begin with the character ! and end with a R. Strings of characters that

are not markup are content. =owever in a #&"T"  section the delimiters X

Y#&"T"Y and ZZL are classified as markup while the te9t between them is classified as

content. In addition whitespace before and after the outermost element is classified as

    markup.
