SWITZERLAND
Training courses in WinterthurThe training center at Rieter’s headquarters in Winterthur is the largest Rieter training es-tablishment. The training and courses offered there are targeted at Rieter customers world-wide, as in Switzerland courses are offered and conducted in various languages.
INmill TrainingRieter also provides training directly at its customers’ mills.
The Rieter training centers with their well-equipped classrooms – ranging from blowroom to the final spinning machines – provide the optimal environment for customer training courses. Participants are better able to focus on what is being taught compared to participating from their working place. They benefit from a hands-on experience on machines in-stalled in Rieter's training centers which means no interruption of production at their spinning mills.

Training courses in TashkentRieter helps shaping the future of the Uzbek textile industry by sharing its competence in its training center located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It features two classrooms and a fully equipped training room of around 900 sqm for practice so Rieter customers can benefit from a hands-on experience to boost their competitiveness.
Training courses in WingThe Indian textile sector is an important branch of the economy which is rapidly growing and developing. To be able to optimally meet the market requirements in the field of customer training, courses in Wing are offered for the machines most often installed in the Indian market. The Rieter customer training program is adapted for the Indian market and is offered in the local language.
Training courses in Changzhou and UrumqiChina has developed to become a major tex-tile market. To take this development into account, two Rieter training centers have been established in Changzhou and Urumqi. In both locations, training programs and courses tailored to the Chinese market are offered and held exclusively in the local language.

Rieter’s Instructors on Site
In addition to INclass Training in its worldwide training centers, Rieter offers training at the customer’s mill. These INmill Training focus on the customer’s specific needs, his or her organization as well as the machine types and settings already installed. The instructor clarifies all requirements in advance to set up a customized program. INmill Training provide a lot of benefits to the customer:
• Time & cost efficiency: Mill employees do not need to travel to one of the Rieter training centers as the Rieter instructor comes to their workplace.
• Confidentiality: As INmill participants belong to the same company, sensitive topics and proprietary appli-cations can be freely shared and discussed.
• Flexibility: The staff benefits from practical learning on machines installed at the mill and receives individ-ual support and advice on daily challenges.

Rieter provides complete training to ensure sustainable production and maximize mill performance. Thanks to a modular con-cept, customers can design their own training according to their needs, focusing either on a specific machine type, a certain type of audience or both. Training courses are available in English, Chinese, Russian and Uzbek, depending on the location.
On demand, Rieter organizes tailor-made training to respond to specific customers’ requirements. From training on older machine types to training on newly installed features, our instructors are dedicated to share their competences to boost the customers’ competitiveness.
