CustomerGauge Automatic Translate

• Many CustomerGauge clients operate multi-nationally, and have customer comments in many languages. – Usually, these are dealt with locally, but there is a

need to have a translation (usually into English) for these comments

• From Dec 2nd 2011 we offer an Automatic Translation Service inside CustomerGauge– Low cost (Eur 0.10)– Uses Google Translate™ Translation Service API

(technically it’s a “Gisting” service – you can get the “gist” of a comment (but it’s not a perfect translation)

– Translated comments are stored in CustomerGauge, and can be searched and reported on.

• If perfect translations are required, we can arrange to get comments translated by external agencies
