History

Keeper was on holiday for 3 days Noticed ulcerative lesions at the

perianal region after come back to work

Physical Examination

TPR within normal range Good temperament Ulcerative lesion at the dorsal region

of the anus

Treatment

The wound was flushed with diluted hydrogen peroxide 3% followed by diluted hibiscrub.

Maggots were removed from the wound during wound cleaning.

Topical ointments with Ilium dermapred and nagasunt powder.
