Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Documentation & Filing

Co-ordination to QA/QC Manager for developing Quality Management System /

Quality Plan for entire project.

Taking necessary and positive action for the implementation of quality principles &

guidelines as directed by QA/QC Manager.

Prepare monthly and weekly quality reports in co-ordination with quality engineers

and assuring safe transmission to its point of distribution.

Prepare monthly and weekly meeting agenda in accordance with QA/QC Manager.

Co-ordination to QC supervisors and inspectors for the quick retrieval of both soft

& hard copies (i.e ITPs, QCPs, QRs, Standards & Procedures, etc.).

Keeping the record and provision of all necessary resources to be used in office

work.

Co-ordination with quality auditors and providing all necessary details and

information required for transparent results and evaluation.

Using proactive approach in establishing, documenting, implementing and

maintaining all the necessary procedures and records as per requirement of ISO

9001:2000.

Act as link for the transformation of necessary information between QA/QC

manager and other staff.

Reporting of project quality manager, responsible for all QA/QC related matters.

Responsible for all Documentation & Filing.

Preparing and handing over closing documents/ certificates / reports/ project status.

Co-ordinate with procurement department for submission of all control documents

and personal documentation for approval.

Co-ordinate with procurement department for taking approval of MDS, ITPs, MSs

and plans.

Updating daily, weekly and monthly log status of (INs, ITPs, MRRs, MSs, Quality

Plans, etc.)

Preparing record of the personnel approved for the inspection, supervision and

managers.

Co-ordinate for project quality documentation, e.g PQPs, IAPs.

Preparing Request For Inspection (RFI)

Handling of all inspection reports, JCC cards, Welders IDs, certificates, calibration

of all quality and inspection equipments and tools.

Preparation of QC records and documentation for final submission to client.

Preparation Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and LOGs.

Keeping all Documents in Hard & Soft copy (Scan).

Co-ordinate and collaborate with all other project departments and client office.
