Social skills and competences Team work: Experience for more than four years within several NGO’s (BWB-Business
Without Borders, EYP-European Youth Parliament, Blue Sky –British Council supported NGO, MMUN – Macedonian Model United Nations). In each of these I was part of teams that were creating and delivering social projects. In addition to informal team work, I have been working in teams within companies stated above.
Intercultural skills: I worked in teams with various ethnic backgrounds. I have participated on several international conferences and international summer school organized by Blue Sky. During these events, I had the opportunity to exchange ideas and overcome prejudices with Muslims, Turks, Greeks, and other Balkan countries.
Debating and presentation skills: I participated on MMUN conference where I gained presentation skills. I was defending Peru’s attitudes toward rural tourism. Within AdvertSMS I was working as sales which was focused on delivery of presentations.
People skills: As bartender/waiter I was in direct communication with people, ensuring highest
satisfaction. I have organized and managed several private parties. Finished a 6 months training “How to become a better person”
