RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES.

Develop, deploy, & coordinate corporate wide policies, standards programs, andHSE management system.

Accountable to the Vice President Operations for supervising and monitoringoverall implementation of the site health, safety, and environment for site andyard.

Provide consultation on HSE matters to executive & organization management. Assist Bidding Dept. and other Head Dept. in administrative requirements. Represent TJA network with the Client on HSE issues, communications

forums, etc. Coordinate performance data and metrics for reporting to TJA

management and GOI as needed. Participate in the development of national HSE standards for Oil and Gas

Industry. Coordinate and be primary contact for Shareholders, Client and other

general HSE visits. Provide, coordinate, and facilitate corporate wide HSE training. Manage the HSE corporate and external auditing process. Coordinate regulatory advocacy on HSE matters. Provide functional guidance to organization HSE personnel and leadership

of the HSE expertise PDC Coordinate, facilitate, and provide leadership for the TJA Safety

Committee and HSE forum. Support corporate management on HSE matters. Ensure appropriate HSE requirements are include in corporate contractor

Conduct and lead the HSE personnel for workplace inspection in daily basis. Attend HSE Weekly Meeting with Client in weekly basis. Attend HSE Coordination mission with Supervisor and highlighted and discuss

HSE matters during the meeting. Attend the Department Meeting in monthly basis. Conduct and lead the general mass meeting in every month. Conduct and lead HSE Committee Meeting in every month. Review all HSE Report and submitted to Client to Top Management and Client Representative in weekly basis. Ensure that all new employees are attended safety induction prior start to work. To ensure the employee and contractors understand that they have the rightand responsibility to stop work or refuse to work in situations that may causeHSE harm and to immediately bring these situations to the attention of thoseimminent risk and to management.

Position : Project HSE Manager (Project for Exploration & Drilling Coal Bed Methane)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Safety Manager shall be accountable to the Project ManagerDrilling for supervising and monitoring the overall implementation of the SiteHealth, Safety, and Environment Manual.

He will be appointed, in writing, by the Project Manager and shall be givena brief job description covering the remit of these duties.

He shall regularly review the Site Health, Safety, and Environment Manualto ensure that it remains comprehensive, effective, and up to date andreflects prevailing requirements of the projects. Where there has beensignificant change to the organizational structure hazards or arrangementsfor health and safety on site he shall advise or assist to the Project ManagerDrilling & Exploration accordingly.

He shall provide a comprehensive health and safety advisory service tothe project manager, relevant members of the site management team and,where appropriate, representatives of the subcontractors on the project.

He shall established and maintain site health and safety inspection andaudit procedures. These procedures shall include the preparation andappropriate distribution of written reports detailing defects, weakness, andrecommendations for improvement.

He shall ensure that a comprehensive record of all accident and dangerousoccurrences statistics for the projects is maintained.

He shall establish and maintain adequate procedures to ensure that allaccidents and dangerous occurrences area thoroughly investigated andpromptly reported to the appropriate parties.

He shall assess the health and safety training needs of the site personnel.He shall than prepare and execute suitable training programs for thoserequiring training.

He shall liaison with relevant enforcement, and all other relevant parties onhealth and safety matters.

He shall prepare and submit, to the project manager and the client

occupational safety and health.

2. MAIN DUTIES
