Todos los días le cuesta levantarse e ir a la escuela porque tiene miedo de lo que sus compañeros de clase le puedan hacer.

Every day is really difficult for Cleo to get up and go to school because she’s afraid of what a group of her classmates could do to her.

Sus compañeros siempre suben fotos vergonzosas de ella en Facebook y las comentan de forma negativa, burlándose de ella. Her classmates always put

embarassing photos of her on Facebook and comment them in negative ways, making fun of her.

Un día Cleo se sentía deprimida y comenzó a llorar en clase. La profesora, que la conocía muy bien y que ya se había dado cuenta del cambio en su comportamiento, al ver que ella estaba llorando, le preguntó qué estaba pasando.

One day Cleo felt depressed and cried in class. The teacher, who knew her really well, and who had already noticed some changes in her behaviour, seeing that she was crying, asked her what was happening.

Al principio ella estaba muy asustada por lo que podría pasar después, pero finalmente le contó a la profesora todas las cosas malas que la gente le estaba haciendo.

At the beginning she was really scared about consequences and what could happen after. But then she told the teacher everything about the bad things people were doing to her.

La profesora estaba impactada, pero tomó la decisión de ayudarla reuniendo a las chicas y a sus padres en su oficina para hablar con ellos y explicarles lo que iba a hacer por ellos.

The teacher was shocked but she took the decision of helping her summoning the girls and their parents in her office to speak with them. and she explained what she was going to do for them.

Para poder resolver el problema, necesitaba que sus compañeros se sintieran culpables y que entendieran lo que le habían hecho a ella y sentir que tenían que disculparse.

In order to solve the problem her classmates need to feel guilty and have to understand what they have done to her and really feel the need to apologise.

La profesora invitó a víctimas del cyberbullying a clase para dar charlas sobre sus problemas y cómo se sentían sobre ello.

The teacher invited victims of cyber bullying to class to give speeches about such problems and how they felt about it.

Hoy, Cleo y las chicas que siempre se habían reído de ella, son amigas y las bullies han entendido finalmente lo que hicieron. Nowadays Cleo and the girls who

always have made fun of her, are friends and the bullies have understood what they did.

Tras unos meses, podemos confirmar que la gente puede cambiar, solo necesitas encontrar la mejor solución.

After months we can tell you that people can change: you only need to find the better solution.
