Step 1- Define the problem

Cyberbullying is the use of the Internet and related technologies

to harm other people, in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner. As it has become more common in society, particularly among young people, legislation and awareness campaigns have

arisen to combat it.

cyberbullying in the United Studies have indicated that the number of youth reporting cyberbullying

How does the school system deal with Cyberbullying?

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today signed legislation that will help protect students from cyberbullying as well as other forms of harassment, bullying, and discrimination. (July 9, 2012)

The law aims to protect students

against all forms of harrassment.
