TAX EXEMPTION

All the commercial eanings generated from the activities (production or trade)

undertaken in the Free Zone are exempted from INCOME and

CORPORATE TAX.

All goods brought to the Free Zone from abroad are exempted from customs duty and VAT. As the goods stored in the Free Zone can be shipped outside the Free Zone according to the needs, companies based in the Free Zone can benefit from prefinancing option.

With in the Framework of the Contract for Operation and Lease concluded with the TRNC Ministry of Economy and Energy’s Board of Management of Free Zone, Famagusta and Gemikonağı Free Zones are leased to our company for 49 years with an aim to establish the first free zone and port of our island and the relevent investment activities were initiated in this respect

PortİSBİ Free Zone has an area of 103.000 m2. Users can benefit from open and closed “Storage Areas and Offices”. 1800 m2 closed storage area is built and have been rented for our customers useage.

We provide logistical services,forklift and personnel services for our customers.

All buildings and offices inside the area are insured against fire, theft, and natural disasters .

All commercial products and equipment kept in our warehouses are insured with “third-party indemnity” insurance.

Famagusta Port has been named as an INTERNATIONAL PORT by Europian Commission.

Regular shippings are realised between Turkey and then to the rest of the world.
