Where & what The Tasmaria is set between the Old and New Towns. Paphos is stuffed with attractions: the Tombs of the Kings, the House of Dionysos and the Kourion to name but three. Stay 2 weeks and you won’t be bored: optional excursions range from 4x4 safaris into the mountains, to trips to Nicosia, plus boat trips, golf, tennis and plenty of nightlife. Holiday Cyprus has some of the best beaches in the Med, bags of history, and long-standing ties with Britain: Greek Cypriots speak English, drive on the left and give us a warm welcome. Paphos has something for everyone, from cultural sights to lively nightlife, and our hotel could hardly be better located. Hotel The Tasmaria is about 600m from the beach and a few steps from bars and restaurants. The 53-room hotel is modern in style, but offers old-fashioned hospitality. The pool terrace is the focal point by day. Breakfasts are taken at the hotel, and on 4 nights of the week we reserve a large table at a nearby taverna.
