ABOUT THE CLIENT DLF Brands currently operates 120 exclusive outlets for the brands in its portfolio, which include Boggi, Alcott, Mango, Mothercare, ELC, Claires and DKNY, and plans to take the number to 500 in the next three to four years.
CHALLENGE The Indian Real Estate giant DLF's retail management venture, DLF Brands, collaborated with Mothercare and ELC, to manage their brands in India, and to bring quality, safety and innovation through their services for mothers, mothers-to-be, babies & young children. The Mothercare and ELC brands are synonymous with childcare and parenting. With them spreading their roots in India, Mothercare and ELC came to Di-lyma after realizing the importance of mapping their brand aesthetics with the Indian audience and for their requirement of creating Product Catalogs for the Indian Market.
SOLUTION Di-lyma redesigned their brand collaterals, especially Product Catalogs; to radiate the Indian character blended with soft and smooth design elements, keeping in mind the colors, to complement their intended target audience. Our designs threw light on their passionate commitment to offer customers a multi-channel shopping environment through their retail stores.

ABOUT THE CLIENT SeaSoul is a new brand, in the growing wellness industry in India, which deals in Spa and Skincare products manufactured from ancient mystical salts, minerals and mud found only in the Dead Sea. These products are not only crafted to give the user a magical experience, but they also ensure the well being of skin, mind and body. These products bestow beauty and have medicinal properties that clean and replenish the skin with essential minerals and oils.
CHALLENGE SeaSoul is identified as being Indias one of the few Spa Product manufacturers. Their Candle Spa and Candle Scrub are one of its kind products on the Indian Market. To boost the presence of the brand, SeaSoul realized the need to establish both offline channels and an online retail presence. Di-lyma was brought in the picture not only to develop a brand identity, design a marketing strategy, design all the collaterals, packaging and launch the brand, but also to develop an e-commerce website to effectuate their online retail requirements.
SOLUTION Di-lyma, after deciphering the brands identity, came up with premium and subtle design elements and colors that bespoke the SeaSoul brand. The Packaging was developed keeping in mind the two lines of products, which SeaSoul would launch in the first phase, but also keeping in mind the other skincare products in the pipeline. A slender design was incorporated in the E-Commerce website design with easy product visibility & checkout. Di-lyma helped SeaSoul to launch their brand in different markets in India with a strategic Brand Promotion Plan, which included fashioning Brochures, Standees, Leaflets, Spa Posters, Conceptual Photo Shoots and Corporate & Usage Videos. To ensure operational efficiency, perceptual & brand usage consistency, and qualitative transcendence, extensive real-time Brand Training sessions were also conducted.

ABOUT THE CLIENT Serendipiti is a new and enterprising venture with a big idea, of empowering people to create chocolates the way they like it. Everyone have chocolate dreams and we make them come true. Imagination is converted into gooey reality and you find yourself transported into a world of unbelievable tastes and textures. A world of the best chocolate bases and hundreds of alluring flavors and toppings meant to create your own signature chocolate!
CHALLENGE Serendipiti approached Di-lyma when they merely had a concept to develop a distinguished Chocolate Brand in the Corporate and Indian Wedding Network, specifically the Delhi NCR region. The challenge was to create a brand that stands out amongst the already existing Chocolate brands flooding the market.
SOLUTION Di-lyma did an integrated qualitative & quantitative Brand Research, not only with the management but also the competitive landscape and prospective customers of Serendipiti. The Brand Core and Personality were gradually developed and an engaging yet subtle name Serendipiti was given to the brand. Contouring this initiation, a semi-premium & engaging brand identity, visual language and packaging were designed along with the creation of solid Marketing & Communication Strategy campaigns. Complementary marketing and brand collaterals, product catalogs, corporate presentations etc. were designed to give the brand a concrete and strong brand identity.
