contest survey on VET to check territorial specificities;
some interviews to preference witnesses who are VET experts and sensitive to conciliations issues;
some focus group with VET operatives to explore conciliation issues with a particular attention towards organisational dimensions and individual differences;
a questionnaire for VET staffs – it was a quantity research aiming at “measuring” the conflict work vs life and at checking possible solution to support those who live conciliation as a problem
