WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY | March 21, 2018
Revelation an Introduction This week we continue our introductory study in the book of Revelation chapter 1. Out of all of the books in the Bible the book of Revelation is the only one that gives a promise at the beginning and at the end for those who read this book. All Christians should at some point in their lives read through the book of Revelation as it is the Christology of the Bible. Come and join us this Wednesday as we continue our study in the book of Revelation. Remember it is your duty to “study to show yourself approved as a workman who needs not be ashamed accurately handling the Word of Truth. See you this Wednes-day.

Hillsong Worship
D in 10 is a devotion that can be done by an individual or family in about 10 minutes a day. This weeks devotion is based on the book of Genesis. Genesis takes us through the creation of the world to the fall of man revealing to us God’s perspective on sin and redemption. It also details the history of the patriarchs and the beginning of the nation of Israel. As you encounter each verse let your heart dwell on its implications to your life. Singing a song before and after is meant to stir up your inner man to desire the things of God. Allow the music to guide you into a more intimate read-ing of the word of God. Allow the music to guide you into a more intimate reading of the word of God. Remember to sing the selected song before and after the reading, only during the devotion, not as you read the text throughout the day, unless you desire. As you interact with the verse of the day think of the implications to your life. How do you relate to the truth of each verse? How have you applied it/them to your life? What steps of action will you take each day in light of the passage? Sing as if God is standing before you and you are telling Him how much you love Him. Let your mind think on all the things He has already done. for you and how much He loves you. We invite you to do this daily for a week.

When you think of service what comes to mind? Many people think of community
engagement and or some kind of charity event. For the believer however, true service
is only seen when one is connected to Jesus Christ and fulfilling His mandate. It is the
responsibility of every leader, whether evangelist, pastor, or teacher to equip the saints,
that is the body of Christ, and the responsibility of each saint, that is the member of the
body, to serve in building up the body. In other words, the duty of the Christian church is
to reproduce ambassadors for Christ; those who serve in the building up of the body.
Service is the disciple’s way of fulfilling his/her call.
