LTG’S MESSAGEAloha kois,This will be the last edition of the newsletters for this term! I just wantto take the time to say: you all have worked so hard this year whetherit be with service or spirit. The growth I've witnessed in each and everyone of you has been astronomical. Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for the inspiration. Most importantly, thank you for givingme the chance to serve as your lieutenant governor this past year. Looking back, we've done so much. Record breaking attendance, fundraising amounts, spirit, and so much more. We've de�nitely had asuccessful year, and it wouldn't have happened without you. As I lookout into the sun I see a new tomorrow, a new term. I know you will be in good hands with Ltg Elect Melita. Once again, thank you for everything, I couldn't have asked for a better division. - Darin Ngo
Kiwanis
We started o� the new year with our lovely Kiwanis.We went to a Kiwanis meeting on Jan. 2, where weparticipated in our annual Kiwanis Take-Over. During the Kiwanis Take-Over, the Key Club o�cers run the Kiwanis meeting, and sell baked goods for the good of our club. We made over $600 thanks to all of the members who contributed. We are now planning tohave our annual Blood Drive in March. We have alsohad many small service events, such as serving events all month long. - Roselyn Duong
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Kimball's Key Club visited Tracy's local homeless shelter to hosta St. Patrick's Day party for the kids there. It was lots of fun! We had arts and crafts projects where we colored leprechauns and played an exciting game of charades. We also had our Key Clubmember, Kiran Sekhon, act as a leprechaun, and the kids wouldclose their eyes and "put the hat on the leprechaun". We also had a show and sang songs like "Do You Want to Build a Snowman"and ate some green St. Patrick's cupcakes. It was a great experienceand the kids loved it. We truly felt the happiness that comes from serving our community and spreading the Key Club spirit. We can't wait to go back again for an Easter celebration! - Lara Ibrahim
