Margie's Travel Company

BackgroundNew company in the travelling business that decided to embrace a digital transformation and bring all their platform into MS Cloud.

To better serve Margie’s Travel Company’s solutions must be available from everywhere, easy to access, with high performance and great

user experience.

Customer Loyalty is one of the main customer’s reasons to invest in the Cloud and their big bet is to modernize the Sales app.

For this purpose, they have engaged a FastTrack Solution Partner Architect to implement several solutions using Power Platform (Power

Apps and Power Automate).

ChallengesIn a monthly call, customer informed they are following and testing the release notes and the evolution of the Power Platform.

- But today there is so many tools and portals available, they feel a bit lost which tool to use, when and why?

- What PPAC stands for? What is the difference with other tools?
