Rav Chaim Dalfin, Rosh Kollel of Kollel Beit Shemesh will be
teaching a Tanya shiur on the topic Tanya’s Psychological Approach
to Simcha. The shiurim will meet each Tuesday night in our Shul,
9:15pm to 10:15pm (Maariv at 8 and 10:15pm). The first Shiur will
be on Tue, 14 Elul (Sep 5).
The schedule for the first few weeks is:
Rabbi Chaim Dalfin of Borough Park is a protégé of Rav Yoel Kahn
(who is Rav Malinowitz’s Rebbe in Chassidus). Rabbi Dalfin has
pub-lished many seforim in English, including Your Better Self,
Practical Halacha and Rav and Rebbe. He is also a recording artist
of Chasidic Nigunim. You also might have heard him when he spoke in
BTYA a few weeks ago after Minchah on Shabbos.

Volunteers and Toys Needed for RH Groups IY"H we will be having
babysitting for your little ones on Rosh Hashana. Please encourage
your daughters to volunteer and help out with this tremendous
mitzvah. We particularly need a core
team of girls aged 12 and above to make things go smoothly.
What a zechus to start the year off right by helping the mothers
come to shul
and daven and keep the shul quiet by helping to babysit during
davening.
