MARKET WRAP

Indian equity market remains positive, nifty up 22pts and Sensex by 74pts.

EUR manufacturing PMI at 47.7, unemployment rate 10.8%.

Asia stocks up on positive economy data, Dow future down 14pt.

The market was positive today on positive world economic data especially of U.S, also

Euro zone get the bailout approval. Nifty up 22pts settles at 5318 & Sensex 74pts

settles at 17478.Euro markets were mixed, CAC down 13pts at 3411 & FTSE down 8ptsat 5761, DAX up 5pts at 6952. Dow Futures was down 14 pts.

CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 03/04/12 is HCL Technologies.HCL

technologies has being forming a falling wedges, whose upside breakout given by it in

today’s trading session. It was up more than 3.72% with net movement of 20pts.In

upcoming session some more upward trend can be expected. It has made a very strong

bullish candle with good volume.HCL Technologies is expected to test the level of 508-

510 in the near term continuing which may test the level of 518.

Our recommendation on HCL Technologies is BUY above 502 for the Tg of 507 & 511.
