PEACEFUL PRAYER

From Wed February 26th – Sunday April 5th our pro-life

community in Albuquerque will unite with cities across

America and around the world for a massive, coordinated,

pro-life mobilization. This is an effort to bring together

people of all faiths to pray for an end to the loss of pre-

born human life and for the healing of those affected by

abortion.

40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists

of: • • 40 days of prayer & fasting

• • 40 days of peaceful vigil

• • 40 days of public witness

A prayer campaign for those who respect the dignity of

all human life and strive for justice for the poorest,

most vulnerable, and the least of God’s children – the

pre-born. Join us in peaceful prayer between 7 am and

7 pm daily at this location: ▪ Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill at 701 San Mateo NE

in Albuquerque

You’re also invited to join Estancia Valley Catholic

parishioners in a peaceful prayer day during the 40-day

vigil in the public right-of-way outside Planned

Parenthood Abortion Mill anytime between 7:00 a.m. and

7:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 28th. Please help spread

the word about this nationwide lifesaving event. If you

would like more information, please contact the office at

832-6655.

Did You Know? The Patron Saint of Youth is St. John Bosco (1815-1888) an

Italian priest who spent his life evangelizing to children,

especially the street boys of Turin. He started the Salesian order,

with a focus on the education of children through gentleness and

love, not force. One of his students was St. Dominic Savio. As a

boy, John Bosco would do circus tricks for other children, and

afterwards would teach them the Catechism. This has made him

the patron saint of stage magicians and illusionists as well.
