Subject: Unauthorized absence from duty. 1. Whereas earlier you were un-authorized absent since 09.08.2014 to 09.03.2015. 2. Whereas enquiry committee was constituted and you were directed to appear before the committee on 23.08.2014, but you failed to appear before the Enquiry Committee. 3. Whereas your case was referred to Higher Education Department for directions and further necessary action. 4. Whereas you were once again directed to appear before the committee on 06.01.2015 and you appeared before the com- mittee wherein committee members decided lenient view on health grounds and compassionately considered your apology for being absent. 5. Whereas you approached the College authorities on 10.03.2015 and produced medical certificate from 09.08.2014 to 09.03.2015. 6. Whereas medical leave was sanctioned w.e.f. 09.08.2015 to 31.01.2015 = 176 days 7. Whereas leave 01.02.2015 to 09.03.2015 was not sanctioned because leave was not due. 8. Whereas you were again unauthorizedly absent since 31.03.2015 till date without any intimation or an application. 9. Whereas show cause notice/charge sheet was served to you vide this office letter No.WCG/3007 dated 15.05.2015 which was duly received by your wife on 16.05.2015 with the direc- tion to report to the undersigned within 07 days but you failed to do so. 10. Whereas being habitual of remaining unauthorized absent without any course you were placed under suspension w.e.f.25.05.2015 vide this office Order No.3070-71 dated 25.05.2015. 11. Whereas as per rule you have not reported before the Enquiry Committee till date after your suspension. 12. Whereas absence without leave or after the end of leave involves loss of appointment. 13. Whereas final show cause notice through print media was served to you which was published in Amar Ujala on 23.10.2016 whereby you were given an opportunity to report in the College for settlement of your case but you failed to report as such you are once again directed to report the College and resume your duties within 07 days from the pub- lication of this Final Show Cause Notice failing which action under rules shall be initiated against you. DIP/J-8672 Sd/- Dt: 23-1-2017 (Dr. Kiran Bakshi) Principal TRAI proposes Aadhaar e-KYC for existing mobile users too NEW DELHI, Jan 23: Telecom regulator TRAI today suggested verification of exist- ing mobile subscribers through Aadhaar based e-KYC and said free talk-time or data could be offered by operators as incentives to facilitate the process. In its latest recommendation to DoT, TRAI has also proposed that Aadhaar-based e-KYC should be permitted for outstation cus- tomers at any place within the service area. "DoT may work with TSPs (telecom service providers) to evolve a framework to verify the existing mobile subscribers through Aadhaar based e-KYC services in a phased manner and within a defined timeframe. However, this process should be optional to the service providers as well as mobile subscribers," Trai said in a statement. (PTI)
