ESTABLISHED 1973 President’s Report Hi again to all the spotted fraternity. It has been a busy time for the club as of late. We are as we speak getting details ready for a news release in the digest of what's to come with the 2008 National to be held at Durack. This is a huge job and if anyone would like to have input or have any ideas on sponsors etc let Megan know. We are going to put together some Qld bags to give to each competitor so if you have connections that can donate some samples of their products let us know as well. By the time this digest is out we should have the judges sorted out for all the disci- plines to be held on the day. We still need to do a little bit of fundraising for our National so any ideas make sure you see Toni. Over the next month we will have a time line as to what needs to be done for the National and we will publish this so anyone that can help or sees something we have missed feel free to contact the management committee. Its great to hear that 5 Dals went to the endurance trial and 5 got a pass, so goooo Dals. That's about it for the moment. Spot ya later! Hi all and welcome to our new members! July was yet another busy month for the DAQ committee.It's great that we have received the final approval from the ANKC to hold the National Specialty in2008. This confirms that we have lots more work to do to make it a success!
Julie and I have started going through the old club records and the library which has been quitetime consuming though entertaining. Once this is complete our records will be stored in the clublocker at Durack.
Good luck at the next point score on the 19th.

Endurance Titles!At 5am on July 29, 5 truly devotedDally owners joined around 20 otherdogs at the Laidley Show Grounds tocompete in the Ipswich ObedienceClub's annual Endurance Trial. Afterputting them through a basic obedi-ence trial then breaking the icicles offof our bicycles, we were off. Neverduring the 20 km's did the dally's looklike not completing the distance. Infact, Brewen Relentless gave hisowner Paul more exercise breakingthan pedaling. It was also nice to seea family affair with Delrei Invogue run-ning with her son, Throdice Intrigue.
