DANIEL J. GILBERT is an Associate in the Firm’s Construction, Fidelity & Surety group. He graduated from Gettysburg College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In 2015, Mr. Gilbert received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received the Presidential Scholarship and the Dorothy Day Scholarship. While attending law school, Mr. Gilbert served as a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and as the Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Health Law Outlook. Mr. Gilbert also served as a Student Attorney in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice, Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic, as well as a Student Advocate for Seton Hall’s SDNY Representation in Mediation Practicum. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gilbert served as the law clerk to the Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Chancery Division parts, during the 2015-2016 court term. Thereafter, Mr. Gilbert served as the law clerk to the Honorable John C. Kennedy, J.A.D. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Gilbert is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
