SUNY STONY BROOK Just received official approval from the administration to start our ADEA

chapter. A membership drive and activities are in the works. We are very excited to have ADEA chapter as an addition to our other great clubs and organizations. 

SB is sending two delegates to the Council of Students, Residents, and Fellows. It will be the first ADEA meeting second year.

SB organized a successful charity drive for NANA's House - a local orphanage and transitional housing facility. We collected donated food, money, and Halloween costumes for less fortunate families served by the organization. 

We are having our Annual Halloween Party tonight. We are excited to carry on this tradition and it is one of the school's largest and most attended events of the year. 

We just had a very successful and well attended Happy Hour with our friends and faculty from the Suffolk County Dental society. It was a night of fun, networking, and learning about what is going on in organized dentistry.

MUSC dental school campus virtual tour website which is being developed into an Iphone, ipad, and ipod application which will be part of a larger application for the whole University.

PACE program – pairs dental students and OT students on rotations at a local charter school for children with multiple disabilities.

NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY No student chapter. We have put the wheels in motion to start an

official chapter. A constitution has been adopted, a faculty

advisor has been chosen and has accepted the position, and student board members have been chosen.

We hope to have an official chapter by the 2011 Annual session.
