places, meet all kind of people, animals, birds and even fairies. What fun!
Encourage your child to read Hindi and English story books and give them
the wings of imagination.

1.(a) Read magazines or newspapers regularly. Search twice every week for 2 action
words in present continuous tense.
Paste the articles from where the action words were picked up and underline
them. Use these words in a sentence of your own.
(b) Pick up 10 words from the dictionary and compose a poem using these
words.
(c) Read short fiction or stories of your choice and fill the given book view
format.
(d) Practice reading the list of 400 frequently used words from the attached
sheet.
(e) Write a letter to your friend in an e-mail format using at least 20
words. You can also send an actual e-mail and paste a print of the same on an
A-4 sheet.
