Standardized Design: The design process of the panel start from studying carefully all the client requirements in order to be achieved in the schematic design, the client requirements and specifications are the base from which the panel design will start, the long experience of our engineers as well as the advanced tools which are used for design give the designed panels high accuracy and standardization.

•Design type tested panel (Ar Tu by using DMB software).•Enclosure ventilation calculation by using (Rittal Therm software).•Design type tested panel (Prisma Plus by using Rapsody software).•Current rating and short circuit calculation by using (My Ecodial and DOCwin software).•Electrical panel drawing design by using (e- Plane10 software) with IEC standards libraries.

Testing & Quality Control:

Each equipment under manufacturing goes though strict test and quality control check for visual, mechanical and electrical operation according to the international standard. This routine check/test is conducted to ensure the product compliance,we will strive to achieve total customer satisfaction by offering equipment of highest quality with best performance. DASH equipped its testing and quality control department with:

•Complete testing devices for insulation, dielectric, conductivity. •Specialized testing area prepared by distinct testing panel included full voltage supply and current injection.

Testing certificate includes visual Inspection, mechanical inspection and Electrical Inspection will be attached to each panel.
