    What is dashboard 2.0?

    Dashboards 2.0 is an embedded analytics solution in the SuccessFactorssuite.

    The technology behind is an in memory analytics and calculation engine

    pulling data from the AdHoc reporting framework. This allows the

    dashboards to be fast, interactive and always have data that is 100% up

    to date (no delay).

    The dashboards are built by SuccessFactors and partners and are

    available as customized dashboards or as standard dashboards available

    for all customers in the Success Store gallery.

    Note: There might be customer-specific configuration that prohibits the

    standard dashboard from working out of the box. We cannot guarantee

    that all widgets in the standard dashboards work for your configuration.

    Objective Dashboards

    Description

    Provides a count of objectives by category and status. All categories and statuses

    that have been used will across the goal forms in the reports will be shown.

    Please note that if there are variations in spelling or different translation across

    different goal forms, then the chart could show a lot of categories and statuses

    when many form templates are selected in the filter section.

    Objective Dashboards

    Description

    Provides a count of objectives by alignment. Goals where the field in “Aligned up” is

    TRUE will be categorized as aligned. The rest of the goals are marked as

    “unaligned”.

    ObjectiveSee how well the individual goals of each person in the manager’s team are aligned

    to higher-level strategic objectives.

    Objective Dashboards

    Description

    This chart show the number of goals each user has. The chart count the number of

    goals for each user and group users with same number of goals in the chart. The

    number of users with 1 goal is shown in the first column, the number of users with

    2 goals is shown in the 2nd column etc.

    ObjectiveSee if all team members have a meaningful set of goals. No users should have too

    few or too many goals on their goal plan.

    Objective Dashboards

    Description

    Provides a count of objectives by due date. Goals where due date has passed will

    be marked “Overdue”. Goals where due date has not past will be marked “not yet

    due”. Goals with no due date will be marked “No Due Date”. Goals that are already

    completed will be marked as “completed” independent of when they were due.

    Objective See capture goals that are overdue or missing a due date.

    Description

    Provides a count of objectives by due date. Only goals with a due date will be

    included in this chart. Depending on the time until the goal is due each goal will be

    categorized accordingly.

    Description

    Show gap between average actual rating with average expected rating for each

    competency. Negative gaps are red, positive gaps are green.

    Chart shows top 10 competencies sorted one of the by the following four:

    • Most common competencies = the competency most users are rated on

    • Strongest competencies = the competency with the highest average rating

    • Weakest competencies = the competency with the lowers average rating

    • Biggest competency gaps = the competency with the biggest gap between actual

    and expected rating.

    Objective Identify competencies which needs to be improved across the team.

    Chart shows top 10 competencies sorted one of the by the following four:

    • Most common competencies = the competency most users are rated on

    • Strongest competencies = the competency with the highest average rating

    • Weakest competencies = the competency with the lowers average rating

    • Biggest competency gaps = the competency with the biggest gap between actual

    and expected rating.

    ObjectiveThis char reveals if people in the team are scattered across the entire rating scale or

    if they all have fairly similar medium rating.
