• This is D-Day
• Recommended to coincide with a physical inventory count
• It is imperative that all stock is removed– Check with MC.9 and MB52

• Re-receiving the inventory follows the same method as removing the stock (sort-of)
• Use same spreadsheet but change mvt to 561
• Disable TR creation for 561 movement
Replace Stock to SLoc
• Stock will be loaded to 998 / AUFNAHME • Check data afterwards with MC.9 and MB52 and verify results
• Compare IM to WM with LX23
• Check that the 9999999 G/L account is cleared

• The final step moves the stock from 998 / AUFNAHME to its physical storage bin.
• If storage unit management is used then some configuration changes must first be made.
1. SU creation must allow external numbers
2. SU length must be 20 characters
• This is the longest activity. May be several hours depending on the number of entries.

Summary1. Transport configuration to PRD client (in advance)
A. Disable TR creation for 561 and 562 movements
B. Make SU length 20 characters
C. DO NOT ASSIGN WM to its STORAGE LOCATION
2. Create all master data (in advance)
A. Change decimal notation in user settings
B. May need to use mass change on storage bins (LS11)
3. Conduct a physical inventory and reconcile in IM
4. Remove inventory from desired storage locations
5. Assign warehouse to desired storage locations
6. Replace inventory to the storage locations
7. Place stock into proper storage bins
8. Reset user settings and change SU number to correct length
