Dear Stakeholder, InfoFort has been through tremendous changes in2016. We accelerated our evolution from a paper and document storage company towards data management, automation and technology, becoming one of the leading forces in the region that is transforming industries and enabling innovative experiences. These efforts proudly lead us to get recognized by Garter in their Cool Vendor for Emerging Markets Report 2016.

Therefore, in such an increasingly digital world, our commitment to corporate responsibility remains stronger than ever and we deeply integrate corporate responsibility, active citizenship and creating shared value into our business.

We observe a huge disconnection between what the world is technologically capable of today and how companies still depend on paper as a system of record and trust. We are in the 21st century and we still have documents flowing around in organizations while the world is getting ready to go to Mars. Our end goal isto change paper consumption habits and encouragea digital paper free world.

So while digitization is progressing, our growing team that is proudly represented by 33 different nationalities, is working hard on educating and spreading awareness

on the importance of recycling and being paper free andon the environmental responsibility we have to combat pollution, climate change, reduce CO2e. Moreover, and in line with those efforts to build a sustainable environment and give back to our communities, we worked hand in hand with local and international organizations to develop and share real market based skills with youth. This commitment to youth empowerment and development through sharing our skills is growing through our SkillPowerment.com platform that we launched in 2015. Furthermore, we continued to lead the awareness on gender equality and on proving mother friendly work places and we were thrilled to receive recognition from Gulf Sustainability and CSR Awards for the BestWorkplace and HR Practices, Environmental Sustainability Programmes and the Best Sustainability Education Programme.

InfoFort has developed the cheques storage &management service to support financial institutions andthe banking industry in managing the flow, disbursement, storage and digitization of cheques.

InfoFort offers world class effective tape archival and storage facilities ensuring backup tapes’ security and accessibility. Whether clients have SlR data cartridges, 4mm, 8mm, DLT, SDLT tapes, casset- tes, open reel tapes or others, InfoFort media & tape storage, rotation and management service will ensure backup media or tapes are secure, well preserved and available when needed.

As companies deploy New Technologies into their organizations, they are faced with real problems of whatto do with their old and outdated IT Assets. Be it Data Security, safety, confidentiality, compliance or environmental policies, it is no longer acceptable for companies to simply throw away old Technologies or just pass them over to a third party.

InfoFort manages the complete Information life cycle and that includes purging Information when it’s not needed anymore. Moreover, InfoFort green initiatives ensure that Document Shredding is done in an ethical and environmentally friendly manner. Our Shredding Services are done in a secure manner to make surethat confidentiality is maintained at all times.

InfoFort’s Secure Data Destruction services will provide comprehensive Green Solutions for Data Security and disposal of Retired or Outdated IT Assets (such as servers, hard drives, PCs, laptops, DLTs, LTOs, CDs, DVDs, flash memory sticks, smart phones) in line with the International Security Standards and with full commitment to the environment.

InfoFort Back-up-as-a-service is a cloud storage service that will mirror your backup data to an offsite secure data center. In order to accurately calculate our emissions, we use the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) protocol which is developed by World Business Council for Sustainability Development (WBCSD) & World Resources Institute (WRI).

Relevance The greenhouse gas footprint of InfoFort accurately reflects the greenhouse gas emissions attributable to the company.

Completeness The majority of sources of greenhouse gas emissions and related activities within the organization are reported and accounted for, and any exclusion is fully disclosed and justified.

ConsistencyConsistent methodologies have been developed and employed to allow for meaningful comparisons of greenhouse gas emissions over time.

Transparency Greenhouse gas information has been compiled, analyzed and documented clearly and coherently in order to allow auditors to evaluate its credibility.

Accuracy We are committed to accurately quantifying our greenhouse gas emissions, with conservative assumptions being employed in cases of uncertainty.

The Continuing Education Center (CEC) an initiative of OM-Habibeh Foundation (an affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network). This center is unique to Upper Egypt. Its mandate is to provide new graduates with the skills necessary to be employed in the labor market.

A platform that links youth organizations with companies that will be able to develop the professional skills in young people and invest in their human capital. Building highly professional and skilled human capital will increase youth’s competitiveness, employment opportunities, and enhance their economic condition to strength the community and reduce poverty in the region.
