Under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, JIMEX is organized since 2004 and JIMEX will continue its success entering the ninth cycle in a professional environment. JIMEX 2012 will take place during 4 - 7/ 6 / 2012 at same venue (Halls of Amman International Motors Show).
Despite the well known circumstances in the region, JIMEX 2011 could be organized at same level of previous events, with participation of 125 exhibitors representing 425 trademarks and the attendants had exceeded 6500 trade visitors.
His Excellency the Prime Minister Dr. Marouf Al Bakhit and His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry Dr. Hani Al Mulqi along with the President of Jordan Engineers Association Eng. Abdallah Obeidat and JEA Board had honored the opening of JIMEX 2011 and had visited all exhibitors and met many visitors.
Last event was the 4th year that the Commercial Section of the German Embassy contributed to the Energy and Energy E�ciency Forum, scheduled for the 14th of June 2011 during JIMEX. We deeply thank the Embassy for its continued support. JIMEX Forum 2012 will concentrate on the challenges of energy and energy e�ciency in water and industries. This Forum will be organized also in cooperation with the Commercial Section of the German Embassy as well as o�cial organizations and institutes.
JIMEX is the event of professionals and trade visitors. The attendants pro�le is covering the trade visitors, experts and engineers from the infrastructure sectors: Industries, electrical utilities, water authorities, contracting and consultancy �rms, o�cial organizations and institutes. It focuses on a wide range of new products and innovative technologies within the industrial and construction machinery, electricity, automation, energy, renewable energy, HVAC, tools and industrial supplies. The record of the countries of JIMEX visitors is including Jordan, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Gulf Countries, Germany and South Korea.

About JIMEX, • Year 2002: Golden Gate was founded as a service company for the exhibitions and conferences. • Year 2003: Decision to establish JIMEX in Jordan based on experience with similar events.• Year 2004: Startup of JIMEX as Machinery Exhibition.• Year 2005: the event had been extended to include electricity & automation due to the high integration of both sectors.• Year 2006: Energy & Renewable Energy Pavilion & Forum became a major part of JIMEX. • Year 2007 (up to now): JIMEX has included o�cial international pavilions. At the same time, Golden Gate has been assessed and certi�ed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001.2001 and extended later to ISO 9001.2008. JIMEX could prove that it is certi�ed as international event.
• Year 2008: JIMEX was granted the status of a “UFI Approved Event” and Golden Gate is full member in UFI (the Global Organization of the Exhibition Industry).• Year 2009: JIMEX became a full member in BPA Worldwide. • Year 2010: JIMEX had exceeded the expectations with more exhibitors and more visitors. After 7 years JIMEX is staying on top.
• Year 2011: Despite the regional challenges, JIMEX 2011 could be organized at same level of previous events, with participation of 125 exhibitors representing 425 trademarks and the attendants had exceeded 6500 trade visitors. The Governmental and o�cial support was at a very high level. For the 4th year, the Commercial Section of the German Embassy contributed to the Energy and Energy E�ciency Forum during JIMEX.
JIMEX 2011 had been affected partially by circumstances in the region: a drop of more than 50% in the international participations occurred; three o�cial pavilions had been canceled. However there was an increase in the local participations, Thanks for God. Due to an increase of the local participations which had supported the event and compensated the international drop. Therefore an increase in the exhibiting space of 5% could be reached.

JIMEX ForumJIMEX Forum is a major activity of this event contributed to the Energy and Energy E�ciency Forum. This Forum was organized in the last four cycles in cooperation with the Commercial Section of the German Embassy and o�cial organizations.

JIMEX Forum 2012 will concentrate on the challenges of energy and energy e�ciency in water and industries. This Forum will be organized also in cooperation with the Commercial Section of the German Embassy and o�cial organizations and institutes. Companies and organizations will have the opportunity during JIMEX 2012 to arrange professional presentations linked to the related topics of the fair and forum. The presenta-tions will be in accordance with the forum program and subject to the approval by the forum committee.
Construction and Decoration of Exhibiting Stands:
Standard Construction:The standard exhibit stand construction is including white walls, compatible with OCTANORM Aluminum Pro�les, with white fascia panel, 30cm high, fully surrounding on stand sides facing aisles, carpet, lighting, and chairs.

Logistic Concern & Event’s Program:
The exhibitors should dispatch the exhibiting items which will be declared for temporary entry to be at the Jordanian Customs Borders not later than 10th June 2012 as the custom clearing for temporary entry needs few days. Special approval and bank guarantee will be required. JEA is considered the largest professional association in Jordan. This is apparent not only by the large number of its current members (90,000), but also by the annual in�ux of its new members.
