ADB QoE is a powerful operational tool for detecting anomalies even before the customers notice them, optimizing perceived QoE, thus increasing customers’ loyalty and giving service providers a huge value.

A user-friendly QoE interface capable of displaying QoE metrics to track service trends in respect to a specific baseline, present deviation from service specific baseline via alarm emission and activate bulk tests on target devices for big data collection and tracking test execution status.

ADB QoE is a solution with embedded probes in the device and cloud component for big data collection, thus permitting end-to-end quality of experience KPI monitoring. Scalable technology of back-end

components distributed across the cloud offers measurement capability and reports quality of experience (QoE) thus giving indication of the end-to-end service delivery.

The Suite is distributed across Cloud and CPEs:

• Embedded QoE Agent for QoE metrics and reporting

• Back-end QoE Data Collection for big data collection

• Back-end QoE Control Server for test configuration and test execution control
