General Accountability To provide administrative and sales support to District Managers. Specific Accountabilities 1. Provide administrative services for District Managers including: a. Prepare and submit monthly Visa expense reports, b. Schedule District training sessions, meetings and conference calls, c. Arrange District Manager travel as required, 2. Provide District Managers with assistance in recruiting & contracting processes including: a. Source potential recruit leads – i.e. posting recruiting ads on job b. Review prospective Financial Representatives resumes c. Book recruiting appointments d. Complete pre-screening interviews e. Administer, monitor and review Career Profiles f. Maintain and assemble contracting paperwork 3. Other administrative duties as required by District Managers

General AccountabilityTo provide administrative and sales support to District Managers.

1. Provide administrative services for District Managers including:

a. Prepare and submit monthly Visa expense reports,

b. Schedule District training sessions, meetings and conference calls,

c. Arrange District Manager travel as required,

2. Provide District Managers with assistance in recruiting & contracting processes including:

a. Source potential recruit leads – i.e. posting recruiting ads on job

b. Review prospective Financial Representatives resumes

c. Book recruiting appointments

d. Complete pre-screening interviews

e. Administer, monitor and review Career Profiles

f. Maintain and assemble contracting paperwork

3. Other administrative duties as required by District Managers

Requirement for the Role: Advanced computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel,

PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate

effectively with all levels of staff Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation - able to write

and format moderately complex correspondence, including memos, letters etc. Experience in managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment Flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to change Strong organization and time management skills

Strong team player High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability Ability to work independently or as part of a team Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential Meticulous records maintenance skills with the ability to maintain filing systems and basic

databases

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

5+ years administrative experience Previous experience working in an agency office and/or providing administrative support

to financial advisors. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a requirement.
