Soy is a liar. He claims the council should not have issued the ordinance, but in Heath vs. CLECO isENCOURAGED the council to asked that the very same ordinance been passed to pay legal fees. Perhaps Roygot a cut of that pie and that's what made it ok. Davenport obviously did the work in Sanders and apparentlysome more work, but Roy doesnt want to him to get paid to make him resign. something to think about- a person works around our local parish courts. they hear openly thatone of the attorney's listed will get what he wants from the Judge listed. it's been said theattorney also has bogus paperwork signed by the Judge, in most case is not enforceable Justlook at the BS in the NFL case the Judge signed off on. Believe "not to defend the mini mayor oranyone else" there is a problem in Div F. There just maybe more than meets the eye, SO FAR!!Don't believe the posLjust ask an attorney friend and listen to WHAT they tell you!!!No matter who you are with or against if the stories are true we have a bigger local problem inour district courts.

Is this thomas davenport the same lawyer thomas davenport who was arrested and charged withobstructing a crim inal investigation of a child molester a while back? he was threating witnessesso they wouldnt testify against the guy or something messed up like that. i know the dude wasarrested. i don 't know if he went to jail, but now he works as an attorney for the city. that's scary.
